I'm sorry you had difficulty getting through to make an appointment. Monday mornings are always very busy, despite always having a full contingency of staff, so if you are able to I would recommend calling in the afternoon or on another day. I appreciate that may not be possible, if you need an appointment for Monday morning. Our appointment system does allow for pre-bookable appointments, so you do not have to book on the day. You may find this helpful for future appointments. We also have a GP based at the Royal Victoria Hospital (the Hub), so can now offer our patients appointments 08:00 - 20:00, seven days a week.
